Shopping List

  • 1.5 (4oz) bars of white chocolate
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cups (32oz) Whipping Cream
  • 1/2 (10oz) jar lemon curd
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp fruit spread
  • 2 tbsp orange liquor or juice
  • 1 pie crust
  • Raspberries or favorite fruit


To make the shell:

  1. Cut 24 3 inch round from crust
  2. Press rounds into muffin tin
  3. Using a fork, punch holes in the bottom of each of the crust to allow a full cook
  4. Bake in 375 degree over for 8 minutes or until golden brown

To make Glaze:

  1. Combine 2 tbsp of honey, fruit spread, and orange liquor/juice

To assemble:

  1. Melt 4oz of white chocolate in the microwave, make sure to stir and ensure chocolate is fully melted
  2. Combine melted chocolate and 1/2 cup of heavy cream. Be sure to stir to prevent lumps
  3. Pipe the mousse/whipped topping into each shell
  4. Top with raspberries
  5. Brush with the glaze
  6. Shave remaining chocolate over the tarts
